AT&T Wireless has proposed to settle a pending class-action lawsuit filed by customers who feel they were misled by a deceptive service promotion. According to the proposed legal settlement, customers who participated in the AT&T promotion are eligible to receive up to an hour of free airtime or a 180-minute AT&T long-distance calling card. If the deal is finalized, customers will be notified of how to redeem the offer.
