LG InfoComm Unveils a Trio of 1xRTT Enabled Mobile Handsets

LG InfoComm today announced that it has three Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) 2000 handsets that will support 1xRTT advanced wireless networks scheduled for launch in the U.S. market. The LG TP5250, VX-1 and VX-9000 will all be capable of achieving a maximum packet data transmission of 144 kbps, or ten times the capacity of the current generation CDMA networks.
