Rogers AT&T Wireless Completes GSM Overlay

Rogers AT&T Wireless today announced the completion of the Company's GSM/GPRS network. The Rogers AT&T Wireless GSM/GPRS network now reaches 93 per cent of the Canadian population, matching the Company's current analog network and making it Canada's largest digital wireless network. Rogers AT&T Wireless began overlaying GSM/GPRS technology over its existing analog/TDMA network in early 2001.
