Chicago-based mobile retailer Kempner Mobile Electronics, which previously filed a lawsuit against Cingular Wireless, today says it has launched a Web site rallying other resellers to the cause. Kempner's lawsuit accuses Cingular, among other things, of deceptive business practices, unfair competition, 'customer theft,' fraud, coercion, intimidation and misrepresentation. The privately owned company is seeking $25 million in damages and injunctive relief to sell other cellular services.
