RIM On Legal Warpath

Research In Motion (RIM), developer of the popular BlackBerry™ wireless e-mail devices, this week announced new lawsuits against Good Technology and Handspring. The complaint against Good is the fourth such lawsuit, and includes charges such as breach of contract, unfair competition, and civil conspiracy. The Handspring suit is a patent complaint relating to the similar keyboard design used on both the BlackBerry and Handspring's Treo line of devices.
