Sep 23, 2002, 9:53 AM by (staff)
Verizon Wireless today introduced Get It Now(SM), a retooled, re-branded version of its BREW-based application and content download service. The service is divided in several categories: Get Games, Get Tones, Get Going, Get Pix, Get Fun and Get Mail. A new flagship phone was also launched for the service - the Motorola T720, which features a color display and 1xRTT high-speed data. Existing BREW handsets - the Kyocera 3035e and Sharp Z800 - must be updated to support the new service.
