Sprint and Sanyo Preview Color 3G Phone

Sprint PCS and Sanyo gave a sneak peak at what futuristic 3G Sprint PCS Phones hold for customers, at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) today. The featured prototype Sanyo phone features a 2.5-inch OLED display. Sanyo is a leader in the development of OLED displays, which are expected to replace LCDs in future phones. The prototype also features a small video camera and a sliding keypad design. This type of 3G phone is estimated to be available in 2003.
