Hong Kong wireless carrier New World Mobility this week launched HomeCare Mobile Viewing Service, a mobile media service powered by PacketVideo's pv3 Mobilemedia System. The new video streaming service lets mobile users view live cameras in the home via color screen handsets. The service uses New World's GPRS network and was launched with Nokia's 7650 phone.
