Motorola Announces Location-Based Software Suite

Motorola today announced ViaMoto, location-based services software offered to wireless carriers, auto manufacturers and other enterprises. The first two tiers of software, GoViaMoto and FindViaMoto, are currently available and are undergoing customer trials with Motorola GPS-enabled cell phones in North America. Consumers can interact with ViaMoto applications through human operators, voice recognition, keypad entry, or websites.
