Cingular, AT&T Wireless Sign Major Roaming Pact

AT&T Wireless and Cingular this week announced a major joint roaming agreement for their GSM/GPRS networks. The agreement is expected to to lower costs for both companies, and also provide lower roaming rates for customers. The agreement is effective immediately, and valid through 2006.
