Samsung Unveils New Phones

Samsung today introduced several new phones for various markets. Included in the selection were two GSM world phones, and two CDMA 1x phones:
- SGH-S100: tri-band folder-type GSM phone with 65,000-color display, external display, Java, EMS, and polyphonic ringtones.
- SGH-V100: tri-band folder-type GSM phone with streaming MP3 audio and MPEG-4 video, 65,000-color display, external display, EMS, and polyphonic ringtones.
- SPH-i330: tri-mode CDMA 3G 1x smartphone with 256 color touch-screen, GPS location, and polyphonic ringtones.
- SCH-X590: 800 MHz CDMA 3G 1x folder-type phone with 4096-color display, external display, built-in camera supporting video mail, and polyphonic ringtones. (May only be available in Korea.)
