Maps for Android Updated with Simpler Menus

Google recently updated Google Maps for the Android platform and made some usability improvements. The new app features a redesigned menu system that is meant to help make the app faster and easier to use. The app loses its list-based menu set up in favor of a grid-based set up that is more finger friendly. The update is a free download from Google Play.
