Virgin To Offer Nokia Phone
Nov 17, 2004, 11:45 AM by (staff)
Nokia today announced a deal with Virgin Mobile USA for Virgin to offer its first Nokia phone in early 2005. Virgin previously only offered phones from Kyocera and Audiovox. The announcement marks yet another milestone in Nokia's efforts to strengthen its CDMA business. After all but abandoning the technology several years ago, the world's largest phone maker returned to Verizon's lineup about one year ago, and Sprint's lineup one year prior.
