T-Mobile Expands Coverage On Boston's T Lines

T-Mobile USA today announced with the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority that it has boosted the underground footprint of its wireless services that are accessible to passengers of The T. T-Mobile now covers the Blue and Green Lines in addition to the Red and Orange Lines, including 13 miles of track and 26 underground stations/platforms. According to T-Mobile, today's expansion means service is available at key hubs, including Hynes Convention Center, Fenway Park, TD Garden, Copley Square, Boston Public Library, New England Aquarium, Boston Common, and Boston Public Garden. The underground network supports voice calls, texting, surfing the web, connected applications, and email. It is free to use for T-Mobile customers.
