Google+ for Android Updated with Hashtag Support

Google recently updated the Android version of its Google+ application. The new version adds support for hashtags in the stream, as well as better web site sharing support from third-party web sites/services. The update also introduces bug fixes and performance improvements. The update is available from the Google Play Store.
