The Samsung SCH-i405U, an apparent variant of the Stratosphere (SCH-i405), is headed to U.S. Cellular with LTE in tow, according to documents seen on the Federal Communications Commission web site. The document show that the Samsung i405U supports LTE in the 700/850/1700/1900MHz bands. These are the same bands that U.S. Cellular uses for its CDMA and LTE networks. The addition of the "U" to the model number further earmarks the device for U.S. Cellular. This device has yet to be announced by either Samsung or U.S. Cellular.
