Unlocked Galaxy Nexus Available from Google for $399

Google today made the GSM variant of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus available for purchase directly through the Google Play Store for $399. The device is being sold unlocked and without a carrier contract. The GSM version is compatible with the networks run by AT&T and T-Mobile USA. It is listed in a new section of the Play Store labeled "devices." It is not clear if Google will populate this section with more devices over time.

the reason why not many people are buying it!

it has no lte !
why would anyone want to buy a 3g phone that does 3mb-5mb?
i'm on att lte, getting 26mb download, 10mb upload!
I bought one and I'm fine without the LTE...I don't have LTE in my city so why should I waste battery on the extra radio if I can't use it? I spend most of my time at work and home and I use wifi at both.

Now if I travel to a place that has LTE I c...
