Google today updated Google Maps to version 6.7 for the Android platform. The new version, which is a free download from the Google Play Store, adds several new features, including Google Offers, indoor walking directions, and business photos. The Google Offers component alerts Maps users to nearby deals. The indoor maps (beta) feature lets users get walking directions within large venues in the U.S. and Japan that have been added to Google's indoor map database. The business photos feature lets Maps users explore the insides of businesses, including 360-degree panoramic views. It is available starting today.
