LinkedIn today debuted version 1.0 of a brand new application for the Windows Phone platform. The app lets Windows Phone owners use most of the business-focused social network's features, including job hunts, real-time LinkedIn updates, access to company/industry news, and access to new messages and invitations. The app includes a home screen Live Tile for notifications. The app is a free download from the Marketplace for Mobile. LinkedIn is already integrated into the People Hub of Windows Phone. This new application offers a much wider feature set. It requires Windows Phone 7.5 and up.
