Facebook Refreshes Mobile Web Site for Android and iOS
May 14, 2012, 1:41 PM by Eric M. Zeman
Facebook today announced a minor refresh to its mobile web site when viewed from the browsers of Android and iOS devices. Starting today, photos posted within the news feed will appear three times larger, and posts will display from edge to edge of the screen. The expanded size of photos within the news feed makes it less necessary to view/load photos individually in the browser and the better use of real estate allows more content to fit on a single page. The change should be visible to most Android and iOS devices by the end of the day.
