SanDisk today introduced the SanDisk Extreme Pro microSDHC UHS-I card, which it says is ideal for smartphone and tablet users who capture HD and 3D video on their device. The Extreme Pro has a UHS Speed Class 1 rating, which is equivalent to a Class 10 rating for microSD cards. It offers up to 95Mbps read and up to 90Mbps write speeds. These speeds allow the card to transfer files quickly while multitasking and downloading content via 4G. The SanDisk Extreme Pro microSDHC UHS-I card is available now in 8GB and 16GB capacities, costing $59.99 and $99.99, respectively. The card is compatible with any microSDHC-slotted device and is ideal for UHS-enabled smartphones and tablets.
