AT&T's LTE Footprint Swells With New Markets

AT&T today announced a sizable expansion of its LTE 4G network, which goes live in several new cities and increases coverage in others. The new cities able to access AT&T's LTE 4G network include West Palm Beach, Miami, and Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; and Worcester, Mass. Existing markets enjoying increased access to LTE include Washington, D.C., and surrounding counties, and Baltimore, Md. and surrounding counties. AT&T also has expanded its Boston-area 4G LTE network to communities in the MetroWest, North Shore, and South Shore areas. The total number of markets covered by AT&T LTE 4G has grown to 51 with this expansion.
