Microsoft Resumes Publishing Windows Phone Apps

Microsoft said that it has resolved a certificate bug in the Windows Phone App Store that caused some users to experience errors when updating or downloading applications. Now that the bug has been fixed, Microsoft is once again publishing new applications in the Windows Phone Store. Microsoft said that it may take a day or two for submitted apps that were caught in the middle of the approval process to appear in the store.
