Brightstar Acquires and Rebrands LetsTalk.com

Brightstar Corporation today announced that it has acquired LetsTalk.com for an undisclosed sum. Brightstar provisions and sells cell phones and LetsTalk.com provides activation services to U.S. carriers. Brightstar is rebranding LetsTalk as Consensus, which will remain headquartered in San Francisco. The acquisition expands the breadth of Brightstar's product and service offerings, which it believes will lead to more profitability for its carrier customers and a better phone-purchasing experience for consumers.
