Leap and Verizon Complete Spectrum Swap

Leap Wireless and Verizon Wireless announced that they have completed their planned spectrum swap. Leap gave Verizon some of its AWS and PCS spectrum holdings, and in return, Verizon gave Leap 12MHz of 700MHz A Block spectrum in Chicago. Leap will use the new spectrum to supplement its network in the Chicago area.
