Sprint Waiving Some Fees for Hurricane-Hit Customers
Sep 6, 2012, 7:22 AM by Eric M. Zeman
Sprint has announced that it will waive a wide range of fees for its customers impacted by Hurricane Isaac last month. Customers in select regions of Alabama, Louisiana, and Mississippi won't have to worry about late fees; overage charges for voice, text and data; roaming fees; and call forwarding fees for Sprint services used between Aug. 29 and Sept. 30. Sprint is also offering reduced prices on select charging accessories in those same regions between Aug. 31 and Sept. 15.

Good guys???
Didn't their CEO Dan Hesse say something about he wanted to be the Good guys about a month ago?
Looks like their wish came true!
Late Fees
Regardless, Sprint has the habit of stepping up first in these circumstances despite their $$$ woes.
VZW, T-Mobile, AT&T usually wait until someone else steps up first and then to save face, follow.
