AT&T today announced that organizations interested in using its yet-to-be-launched enhanced push-to-talk service can now pre-register. Announced earlier this year, AT&T's enhanced PTT service will deliver a number of new features to its walkie-talkie service. AT&T's enhanced PTT service is expected to launch in November, and will be available on a mix of Android and BlackBerry smartphones.
