ITC Agrees to Hear Motorola's Complaints Against Apple

The U.S. International Trade Commission today announced that it will investigate patent infringement claims made by Motorola against Apple. Motorola alleges that Apple's mobile products, including the iPhone and iPod, violate seven different patents, which pertain to a wide variety of technologies such as how messages and multimedia are handled by mobile devices. Motorola is owned by Google.
