TeleNav today said that an update to its Scout navigation application for the iPhone adds free voice-guided navigation. In addition to the voice guidance, the new Scout has a redesigned dashboard and launches faster. The application lets iPhone owners save and share their favorite places, search for millions of points-of-interest, see real-time traffic information, and use speech commands. Last, Scout has added 12 new car icons so users can personalize their experience. The application is free to download and use from the iTunes App Store.
