AT&T Launches LTE in 8 New Markets

AT&T today announced that its LTE 4G network is now live and available to customers in eight smaller markets around the country. AT&T subscribers in Moscow, Ida.; Hattiesburg and Starkville, Miss.; Reno, Nev.; Allentown and Bethlehem, Pa.; Richmond, Va.; and Pullman, Wash., now have access to faster mobile data speeds. AT&T's LTE network covers 160 million POPs in more than 100 markets around the country. AT&T expects to reach 250 million POPs by the end of 2013 and 300 million by the end of 2014.
