Google+ for iOS Refreshes Stream Design, Adds Communities
Dec 14, 2012, 12:11 PM by Eric M. Zeman

Google today pushed out an update to its iOS Google+ application that mirrors many of the changes offered to Android devices. The stream has been redesigned and, according to Google, loads faster than before. The iOS Google+ app gains access to communities and the ability to edit basic profile information. It also lets users subscribe to notifications, include the number of guests in event RSVPs, and find others with a new Find People tool. The app makes it easier to compose posts, and adds time zone support for events. Google+ for iOS is a free download from the iPhone App Store.
