Rhapsody Launches App Customized for Windows Phone 8

Microsoft and Rhapsody today announced that a new version of Rhapsody's subscription service is available in the Windows Phone Store. Rhapsody 3.0 was developed to take advantage of the features and tools that are a part of Windows Phone 8. Some of the features include offline playback of cached tracks; the abllity to add/remove tracks, stations, and playlists on the fly with the My Music tool; searchable listening history; and improvements in audio performance, album art, and search. Rhapsody offers a music streaming service for a number of platforms. The Windows Phone 8 app can be downloaded starting later today.
