Cingular Offers Goodlink To Businesses
May 31, 2005, 12:45 PM by (staff)
Cingular is the first US carrier to offer Microsoft Outlook syncing to smartphones using software from Good Technology. The software is similar to RIM's, syncing email, contacts and calendar between an exchange server and a client on a mobile device. However Goodlink also includes syncing of notes and other data as well. Cingular will offer Good to companies deploying Window Mobile or Palm OS smartphones. The software and syncing will be included in the unlimited data plan, which costs $45 per month with a voice plan.
