Verizon Wireless has added a new low-cost plan to its prepaid service. Customers with basic feature phones can now choose the existing $50 monthly plan, or the new $35 monthly plan. The $35 plan offers 500 anytime minutes, unlimited messaging, and unlimited mobile web. The $50 plan also has unlimited messaging and mobile web, but includes unlimited voice calling. The plans can be paired with most feature phones.
