Microsoft Debuts New PC App for Syncing Windows Phone

Microsoft today released a new version of the Windows Phone App for Windows-based desktops and laptops. The revised application adds a handful of new features, including better podcast syncing between iTunes and Windows Phones, simplified system update tools, support for multiple music or video libraries, and various bug fixes. The app is compatible with machines that run Windows 7 and Windows 8, and is free to download from Microsoft.
