Spotify for the Windows Phone platform has graduated from its beta status and added several new features. Among the new capabilities, users will be able to scrub through tracks, as well as sync playlists for offline playback. Spotify for Windows Phone now has support for 19 languages, and includes the ability to search through and play millions of songs, see friends' playlists, stream over cellular or Wi-Fi, and more. The application itself is free to download, but most features require a premium account, which costs $10 per month.
