Samsung today announced it is shipping the D720 and D730 Series 60 Symbian smartphones, and they will be available in Europe later this month. The D720 slider and D730 clamshell will be available in Germany later this month, and will be released in selected other European countries during September. Both phones are some of the smallest, lightest Series 60 phones to ship so far. Samsung has previously announced a number of other Symbian smartphones in the past few years, however these two are the first models the company has actually shipped.
