Amazon Reboots Developer Tools for Appstore
Jan 9, 2014, 12:12 PM by Eric M. Zeman
Amazon today launched a new set of tools for developers looking to create apps for the Amazon Appstore. Amazon runs its own application storefront for Android devices. The new developer portal makes it easier for developers to plan and submit their applications to Amazon for approval and listing. The portal has improved search functions, provides easier access to all APIs, adds a dedicated section for games and a dedicated section for HTML5, and provides a wide range of other resources, including how-to videos. The new developer portal is available beginning today.
