Sprint Nextel today re-launched Sprint with a new brand, new calling plans and changes to their sports sponsorships. Using the new tagline "yes you can," Sprint will launch a media campaign including both advertising and the re-design and re-branding of all 1600 Sprint stores. The carrier is also announcing new calling plan features. Most notably, they are switching to free incoming calls as long as subscribers are not roaming. Nextel subscribers already have a similar feature, and most European carriers bill this way. The new plans also feature free mobile to mobile calls for $5 per month and nights that begin at 7 for $5 per month and 6 for $10.
