Nokia Buys Mail Sync Provider

Nokia today announced they will purchase Intellisync, a company that provides mail and data synchronization to a variety of mobile platforms. The manufacturer recently announced their own push email solution and has licensed a number of other clients including Blackberry, Microsoft and Good. Nokia hopes to combine the functionality of Intellisync into their own product, as well as use the expertise of the new staff to create additional platform agnostic business solutions.
