Facebook Eases Newsfeed Pain Points
Nov 7, 2014, 2:08 PM by Eric M. Zeman
Facebook today made it slightly easier for users to control the content they see in their newsfeed. New tools make it clearer for users to see when they've unfollowed user posts, as well as what content figured most prominently in their feed over the most recent week. The app also attempts to explain why users see certain posts and not others, helping them choose which actions to take in order to see the content they most wish. Facebook said the new capabilities, which will be available online and on mobile devices, should begin to roll out slowly over the next few weeks. Facebook said it will introduce even more newsfeed controls down the road.
