Skype for Windows Phone Gains Granular Improvements
Dec 4, 2014, 2:41 PM by Eric M. Zeman
Skype today announced the availability of Skype 2.25 for the Windows Phone platform. The newest version of Skype adds several features, including giant emoticons and the ability to delete either individual messages or entire message threads. Skype says chats should load faster, and group chats should always show the most recent group avatar, even if the avatar was changed on another platform, such as a desktop. Skype also updated its Qik app for Windows Phone, which lets people send prerecorded video messages between phones. Skype and Qik are free to download from the Windows Store.
