Google Maps and Inbox for Android Improved
Dec 17, 2014, 5:09 PM by Eric M. Zeman

Google today provided updates to its Maps and Inbox apps for the Android platform. Inbox works better on tablets, adds compatibility with Android Wear (view messages and notifications, reply via voice), and improves suggestions while users type. Google Maps now lets users filter search results by cuisine type, see their Google contacts when searching for addresses, and lets business owners claim and manage their listing pages. Both apps also include bug fixes. Inbox and Google Maps are free to download from the Google Play Store.
