Google's Drive Apps for Android Gain an Update
Mar 19, 2015, 7:28 AM by Eric M. Zeman
Google has pushed out an update to its Docs, Sheets, and Slides apps for Android devices in a bid to make them more useful. The latest version of Google's productivity suite makes it easier to view and edit documents on mobile devices. Notably, documents have less "chrome" and other tools surrounding the main text, which makes them easier to read. If users need to edit the documents, they can easily recall the editing tools by tapping the blue pencil icon. Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides are free to download from the Google Play Store.
