BlackBerry today made an update available to its Windows Phone BBM app that adds support for Channels. BBM Channels foster conversations around specific topics, brands, or products. Organizations can use BBM Channels to interface with the public and their users and/or fans. Channels have been available to the BlackBerry, Android, and iOS versions of BBM for some time. BBM for Windows Phone is free to download from the Windows Phone Store.
