Google today rolled out an update to its Slides app for mobile devices that makes it more compatible with TVs. First, the Android version gains support for Chromecast. This means Android users can push presentations from their device to a Chromecast-enabled TV. Second, the iOS version of Slides gains support for AirPlay, which works with the Apple TV. The idea is to make it easier to use Google Slides for presentations. Google Slides is free to download from the Play Store and iTunes App Store.
