Opera updated its Opera Max data-savings tool for Android with support for several video services. Users can now view videos hosted on YouTube and Netflix and manage how much mobile data they consume. Opera claims Max can pare down YouTube without degrading video quality or increasing buffering times. Opera Max also gains VPN controls and a handful of adjustments to the user interface. Opera Max for Android is free to download from the Google Play Store.
