Google today updated its Gmail app for Android devices and added several spam-fighting tools. First, users can now block specific email addresses with just a few clicks. Email from blocked senders goes straight to the spam folder. Senders can be unblocked if warranted. Moreover, Gmail users can easily unsubscribe from unwanted newsletters. The updated app is rolling out to Android users over the next few days. Gmail is free to download from the Google Play Store.
