Dec 30, 2015, 2:18 PM by Eric M. Zeman

Microsoft has made a photo-editing app available to the iPhone that targets selfies. The app, called Microsoft Selfie, lets people fine-tune their self portraits with various filters and enhancements. Microsoft says the app uses age, gender, skin tone, and lighting information to make improvements automatically. Microsoft says one of the chief benefits is the ability to reduce noise, which is often present in selfies. The app can also adjust color and exposure. The app is free to download from the iTunes App Store.
