Sprint and LG today announced the availability of the LG Fusic - a new EV-DO handset with a focus on music. Not only does the Fusic feature Sprint's music player and music store with external playback controls, but it also can broadcast your music over both stereo Bluetooth (A2DP) or FM radio. The Fusic is the first phone to launch in the US with a low power FM transmitter for music playback over nearby stereos. In addition to the music features, the Fusic has a 1.3 Megapixel camera, MicroSD card slot, with internal and external color LCDs. It also features a glowing keypad and changeable faceplates. When asked about the name change, an LG Spokesman confirmed that the company will launch more phones with names instead of model numbers in the future.

hmmm....

I dont know about this one. I guess I'll have to wait until I can actually hold it and play with it, but it looks sorta cheaply built in the picture. That, and is it going to have good reception? I noticed they went back to the external ant. I wonder if that is because the other LGs out suffered signal quality... just a thought...
indeed the phone looks cheap, lg=bad, lol, it'll be way overpriced and cheap quality, just like sprint, lol
...
I have always like LG phones with Verizon. But, I switched to Sprint to get that 27% discount through fatwallet.com. Sprint isn't as good as Verizon but it's just a phone and Sprint serves its purpose well.... for the most part.

You're a dumb A$$... ๐Ÿคฃ

First of all NONE of the carriers actually manufacture the phones.
This has always been part of the problem. This is also why they have tags for Nokia, Motorola, LG, Pantech, Sanyo, Sony-Ericcsso...

Battery Life?

I wonder how good the battery life will be while using the stereo bluetooth or the FM Transmitter?

Probably need a car charger to use it on road trips.

Hey Rich

The pic on the news page needs to be changed to the ones that match the Sprintel page...the blatent rip-off of the iPod controls on the news link are not the same as the Sprintel page.
It's not much different. The keys are labeled slightly differently is all.
